1.Who these terms are for

These terms apply to anyone who visits or uses opusray.co.uk (the "website"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the website only. If you become an OpusRay client, a separate services agreement will set out the terms of that engagement; these website terms do not cover that relationship.

2.About OpusRay

OpusRay Ltd ("OpusRay", "we", "us", "our") is a UK company, company number 17321480, registered office at Brierley House, Barnet Road, Barnet, United Kingdom, EN5 3LW. We provide SMS-based customer database reactivation services to businesses in the United Kingdom, charged per booked appointment.

3.Using the website

You can browse the website, read about the service, and use it to book a call or get in touch. You agree not to:

  • use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems;
  • scrape, copy, or reproduce the website's content for commercial use without our permission;
  • use the website to send spam, malware, or anything unlawful.

4.Booking a call

The website uses a third-party scheduling tool (Calendly) to let you book a call with us. Booking a call does not create any contract or obligation between you and OpusRay; it is simply a conversation. Any actual engagement, pricing, and terms would be set out separately in writing if you decide to become a client.

5.No guaranteed results

Nothing on this website is a guarantee of a specific outcome, including appointment numbers, reply rates, or revenue. Case study examples and illustrative conversations on the site (such as the example in the reactivation conversation demo) are for explanatory purposes and may be fictional or anonymised; they are labelled as such where relevant and should not be read as a promise of similar results for your business.

6.Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, design, and the OpusRay name and mark, belongs to OpusRay or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view and share pages of the site for personal or internal business reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, or use the content commercially without our written permission.

7.Third-party services

The website uses third-party tools to operate, including Calendly for booking and Vercel for hosting. See the privacy policy for the full list. We are not responsible for the content or availability of any third-party website or service linked from or used within this site.

8.No liability for website use

The website is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpusRay is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.

This does not affect any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK law (e.g. for death, personal injury, or fraud).

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
